To set up a visit from Captain Book, a teacher, school official, or a sponsor of a teacher or classroom can fill out a short questionnaire. This can be submitted to any club member or contact . This questionnaire will then be given to the KCGE Treasure Chest Site Selection committee. The committee will evaluate the request and make a determination.
