Captain's Log, 10-24-2007

Here's what book pirates are saying about Captain Book's visit to their classroom: Park Dale Lane, 2nd Grade class.

"Dear Captain Book, Thank you for coming to our class. I liked it when you opened the treasure chest. The pirate book was really good and I liked it. I liked the song the most. You make me want to read. From Van"

"Dear Captain Book, Thank you for trying to help people read. It really works! Also, thank you for the reading log, book marks, reading pledges, and the class treasure chest, with pieces of eight. I hope you come again soon. From. Ewan"

Dear Captain Book, Thank you very much for coming to our classroom. I really liked it when you put the special pirate song on and enouraged us to read! I was also very excited when I saw all those brand new books in your big treasure chest! We're the luckiest class at Park Dale Lane school! I hope you come again soon! From, Alyssa"

The Captain would like to hear from you. See if you can figure out how to get your message to him.
